The wedding and reception

The wedding and reception will take place at Middlebrook Gardens in Knoxville, Tenn. on July 7, 2007 at 6:00 p.m.

You can visit their site to get information on Middlebrook Gardens. It is a beautiful new facility with a chapel and reception room on their landscaped grounds.

Formal invitations will be sent out late spring, but you probably found the site from our save the date cards. We would love to have you join us on this special day.

Staying in Knoxville

We have arranged for a block of rooms to be reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn in West Knoxville. You can access this block and get the group rate by using our group code, HKW.

Call 1-877-STAY-HGI or the hotel directly at (865)690-6511 or visit this site to make your reservation. Please be sure to use our group code when calling or type it in the box marked "Group/Convention codes" on the site. This should access a slightly reduced rate and guarantee you a room until 3 weeks before the wedding. The general block is set from Friday to Sunday, but you can modify your stay as needed. If you encounter any issues with reservations, the direct hotel number should be the easiest way to access our group.
